I gave this a 5 star rating because Adele is so thorough in her instruction and safety, yet keeps things moving at an interesting and doable pace. This is a great DVD for total body fitness and flexibility, rather than just focusing on and overdoing one area. The workout itself produces good results, and the warm up and cool down are relaxing and grounding. Adele gives options as she goes along, so you can make the workout anything from beginner to advanced. I am an active 50 year old who wants to remain as fit and flexible as possible, the weights option is good for that and for my bone health. On days where I feel like making it easier, I leave out the weights and still get excellent pilates results.
