Whether you are an online subscriber or a participant in my classes why should you choose Adele’s Pilates?

I teach every exercise at 3 levels:

  • Level 1: Beginners
  • Level 2: Intermediate
  • Level 3: Advanced

There will be a level for you, you will instantly feel comfortable in the Pilates moves.  Perhaps one exercise moves you will be able to reach the heady heights of a level 3 and there will be other exercises where you will be more comfortable at a Level 1.

Level 3 Pilates instructor with 20 years experience

I am a fully trained Level 3 Pilates instructor based in Exeter, I was one of the first in the area. When I initially trained nearly 20 years ago Pilates was still a relatively new phenomenon.

My aim is to make Pilates fun and I endeavour to explain ‘what is Pilates?’ in a clear, simple and concise way.

I enjoy Pilates and my mission is to help you enjoy it too, whether in the privacy of your own home with my DVDs or in class. I will always be there to chat 😉

Teaching Pilates lessons needs a good skill base including good teaching skills, experience and of course the most up to date qualifications and that is where my Level 3 Pilates qualification is important.

You will use the minimal amount of Pilates equipment to ensure that the classes and DVDs are available and accessible for everyone
